We offer a 7-day replacement policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Important: Please record a continuous, unedited unboxing video when opening your package. This is required by our supplier to process any replacement claims.

1. Contact MIXX store customer support via email within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your Order ID and attach the unboxing video.
3. Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and dispatch your replacement.

1. Fill the blender halfway with clean water.
2. Add a single drop of dish soap.
3. Turn the blender on for one full cycle to self-clean.
4. Rinse the inside thoroughly with water.

Note: Never submerge the bottom motor base or charging port in water.
